  • The average days on market for Single Family Homes in Denver is 97 Days
  • The average days on market for Condos/Townhomes in Denver is 101 Days  This is a 6.5% decrease from the same period in 2008
  • The number of active Single Family listings at the end of December 2009 was 12,263.  This is a 18.2% decrease from the same period in 2008. 
  • The number of active Condo/Townhome listings at the end of December 2009 was 4,193.  This is a 8.9 decrease from the same period in 2008.
